We assist in creating stronger leaders by teaching the importance of responsibility, gratitude, communication, respect, teamwork, and many other key elements that make strong leaders. Leadership ( PALS 4 LIFE)
The Alpharetta PAL Leadership Program picks up where the mentoring program leaves off. This program offers successful adult leaders in the community the opportunity to positively share education, wisdom, and life and career experiences with a youth ages 12-18.
The goal is to foster independence, by empowering the youth to improve their interpersonal skills and take responsibility for themselves and their actions. For the youth, this program provides the necessary leadership and direction that can often make the difference between personal success and failure in life.
